13. Production planning Supervisor (1)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop annual objectives and work plans for production department;

2. Command and control production process to ensure the continuity and balance of production operations;

3. Supervise and inspect the implementation of quality assurance system in production process to improve qualified rate;

4. Assist related departments to analyze the reasons for substandard products, and properly handle the unqualified products;

5. Construct good horizontal linkages among relevant departments according to procedures, and require the definition of disputes between departments.

Qualifications:

1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree or above in electronics and other related majors; people with over two years’ work experience in production program formulation have priority in admission;

2. Be able to accurately predict future trends to a certain level, and make precise and elaborated scheme based on one’s own judge;

3. Have strong coordination, organization and learning capacity.
